Zvents Partners with Fetch for "Deep Web" Event Search

Local Events Search Engine Gets Artificial Intelligence Boost From Fetch

LOS ANGELES and SAN MATEO, CA - March 15, 2007 - Web content harvesting firm Fetch Technologies today announces a technology partnership with event search company Zvents to integrate Fetch's artificial intelligence-based "Deep Web" search technology into Zvents' local event search platform.

Zvents provides comprehensive local event listings content and targeted advertising opportunities to Internet and traditional media companies including newspapers (The Boston Globe, Orange County Register, and San Jose Mercury News are among Zvents' clients), ISPs, and other media outlets interested in monetizing local event listings.
